I'm not known to tout of my nutrition adventures, but I must say, as of 2013, I have been much, much more conscious of what I'm putting into my body and how my body responds. I am most certainly NOT dieting (combination of no interest, little willpower), but with the addition of the Beloved Juicer to our kitchen and the influx of food documentaries we've been immersed in, I dare say I've inadvertently changed my eating and my activity level. Like a moth to light, I'm drawn to anything related to nutrition, and as such, I am hooked on Miss Lauren Conrad's site. Last week, I found her two cents on why she's a proponent of lemon water. Once I got home, I sliced our lone lemon up to experiment a little, and I'm honestly hooked. I drink it everyday... I've noticed a slight increase in my energy level, and I don't crave sweets (especially in the middle of the afternoon) like I typically do. I'd definitely recommend for an easy, natural, inexpensive alternative to anything sugary!
