The perspective of "home" has taken on a different meaning for me over this past year. A Texas girl, through and through, my perspective of what home is now includes Music City too. I love that about me... I love the variation in how "home" has molded me. I love the mixing of my small-town roots and this era of my story, where I'm living in the IT city, making a life for myself that's similar, but vastly different than the way I was brought up. I live for my long weekends back in Texas, but after a few familiar days in the motherland, slowly, but surely, I begin craving the lush, rolling hills and tall, tall trees, and the bright lights of Nashville, Tennessee again.
My BFF blend (*term coined by MIM, mixing "blog" and "friend." use it, it's phenomenal), BHB, reminded me of a fantastic company who sells a fantastic product... the Home Tee is a comfy-albeit-trendy way to show off your roots... I just ordered mine today. Better yet? A portion of proceeds benefit MS research. Win win.
